Home2Students

A modern, self-catering residence offering quality single rooms with shared bathroom and kitchen.

Prices 2026
230€ / week / single room
50€ placement fee

  • Availability – from 5 July to 29 August.
  • Minimum Stay – 2 weeks.
  • Minimum Age – 18.
  • Single rooms only (balcony in every room).
  • Each room has data points with Internet access. All rooms and common areas have Wi-Fi.
  • Weekly cleaning and change of linens (bed and towels).
  • Bathroom facilities are shared (2 WC for every 3 pax).
  • Lounge with Cable TV and snooker table.
  • Laundry room (additional cost).
  • Terrace with barbeque.

Livensa Living Premium Student Residence

Enjoy your own studio combined with the vibrant atmosphere of all the available shared living spaces.

325€ / week / studio
50€ placement fee

  • Minimum Stay – 2 weeks.
  • Minimum Age – 18.
  • Studios with private bathroom and kitchen only.
  • Each room has data points with Internet access. All rooms and common areas have Wi-Fi.
  • Weekly cleaning and change of linens (bed and towels).
  • 24/7 reception.
  • Common social and study spaces.
  • 24/7 gym and  yoga room.
  • TV lounge, cinema room and private dinning room.

Both residences are only a short 10/15 minute walk from the school. Excellent location, in one of Lisbon’s most prestigious areas, with excellent shops, restaurants and bars close by.

Students are required to pay a security deposit of 100€ on the first day, in cash, which will be refunded on departure if no damage is done.
